1:How do I check on an order I have placed?

Email us @ takiemotocosmetics@gmail.com and please provide your order number when making inquires.

2:SHIPPING

Shipping charges are determined by the value of your order.All orders are processed and shipped on business days only., Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.  Please allow 5-7 days for shipment.

3:Charge & Privacy Policy

During your check out, when you submit any personal information (Name, address and credit card info) the data is encrypted and sent over a secure connection to our website server. We honor and respect your privacy. we will not share any information you have provided to any 3rd party without your knowledge and consent.

4:RETURNS

All exchanges on unsealed products will need to be  authorized by Takie’moto Cosmetics.

We will not accept unsealed or used products. We reserve the right not to accept an exchange for any reason. We do not give refunds or credits. All sales are final.
